Einar Salbu from Fellesforbundet of the Norwegian Trade Union understands perfectly well that Ole Paus labels some politicians with FrP (the Norwegian progressive Party) «assailant», «whoremonger», and «cheater»; he also happens to know to whom Paus points. He regards it as quite natural to call a spade a spade, also in the church.

– Ole Paus is right in not offering any apology; he has nothing to apologise for, however, several Frp members in their political belief and fanatical behaviour rank with most other extremists, Einar Salbu writes in the Norwegian newspaper Bergens Tidende.

He thinks that Sylvi Listhaug is in a glass house and should not be the pot calling the kettle black; rather, she should look at herself in the mirror.

– Sylvi Listhaug, who cannot herself boast of having real experience with apologising now asks for an unrestricted apology from Paus. Have you ever heard anything such ridiculous?

He bases this on the fact that Listhaug has accused KrF (the Norwegian Public’s Christian Party) of making terrorists, that Knut Arild Hareide licks the boots of imams, and that Jonas Gahr Støre is unsuited as prime minister.

– She, who utterly failed as leader of the Health and Social Department in Oslo, among other things with the purchase of a nursing home property in Spain, and as a careless Minister of Justice who ultimately had to resign due to her own folly.

It is, however, not just Sylvi who gets a piece of his mind, he also mentions several other central politicians with FrP.

– By the way, Sylvi Listhaug is not the only one with FrP who dislikes opinions that are against their own, or that concern themselves. In 2009, when Mads Gilbert and Erik Fosse were the only ones able to report terrible news from Gaza, Siv Jensen stated that she was unable to grasp that Gilbert and Fosse were allowed to speak «uncensored» on NRK. Per Sandberg managed to stop an edition of the SAS magazine Scandinavian Traveler because he disagreed with the presentation of Frp by the award-winning journalist, Per Svensson. And who has forgotten the Anders Anundsen who burned the Norwegian newspaper Tønsbergs Blad because he disagreed with the portraying of Frp? And on top it all, Christian Tybring-Gjedde with FrP stated on Dagsnytt 18 that he has attracted epileptics because he was contradicted.

He is so deeply shaken from the splitting rhetoric by the sympathisers of FrP, that they are not capable of conducting a decent debate, and consequently contribute to polarise the discussion.

– When I characterised some with Frp as fools in the opinions on Sjøberg’s contribution about Ole Paus, a message arrived on Messenger, with the name of the sender stated in full, that more than suggested that I not only enjoyed torturing animals but also enjoyed having sex with them as well as with children.
